Letter To New Employee Church
Given the inclusion in the Draft Law on Sustainable economy of legislative changes affecting the free exercise of freedom of expression, information and the right of access to culture through the Internet, journalists, bloggers, users, professionals and Internet developers express our firm opposition to the project, and declare that:
1. Copyright not be placed above the fundamental rights of citizens, as the right to privacy, security, presumption of innocence, to effective judicial protection and freedom of expression .
2. The suspension of fundamental rights is and must remain the exclusive competence of the judiciary. Not a close without trial. This blueprint, contrary to the provisions of Article 20.5 of the Constitution , placed in the hands of a non-judicial body, a body under the Ministry of Culture, the power to prevent English citizens access to any website.
3. The new legislation will create legal uncertainty around the English technology sector, hurting one of the few areas of development and future of our economy, hindering the creation of enterprises by introducing barriers to competition and slowing its international expansion.
4. The new proposed legislation threatens to hinder new creators and cultural creation. With The Internet and new technologies have democratized the issue creacióny content of any type, no longer come predominantly from the traditional cultural industries, but from many different sources.
5. The authors, like all workers, are entitled to live out of their creative ideas, business models and activities associated with their creations. Trying to hold legislative changes to an outdated industry that can adapt to this new environment is neither fair nor realistic. If your business model is based on the control of the copies of the works and the Internet is not possible without violating fundamental rights, should find another model.
6. believe that cultural industries need to survive modern alternatives, effective, credible and affordable and to adapt to new social practices, rather than limitations so disproportionate as to be ineffective in that they are pursuing.
7. Internet should function freely and without political interference sponsored by groups that seek to perpetuate outdated business models and make it impossible for human knowledge remains free.
8. demand that the Government guarantees by law the Net Neutrality , Spain to any pressure that may occur as a framework for developing a sustainable economy for the future.
9. propose a real reform of intellectual property rights-oriented end: return to the society of knowledge, promoting public and limit abuses of management entities.
10. In a democracy, laws and amendments should be adopted after due debate and consultation with all parties involved. It is unacceptable that legislative changes are made that affect fundamental rights in a non-organic law and deals with other matters.

i feel so broken ... i want to go home ..
'm depressed lately .. and .. the first time someone tells me, although that is a recurring theme is this stupid journal. Should I call it daily depressions, or seesaw as I can not be either a Diaye the other be more than fucking.
One of the many answers to this damn sad, is the school, I am giving a workshop and the world of education is bullshit, because if he works there should be a very desperate early madness.
It sucks, nobody listens, does not work, can not read, do not want to think or worry about anything, we may not have insurance or class and would account, I want to believe, as this surely is the second reason for my sadness.
I'm told I get tired very quickly and people have told me that I have many friends, think about it .. if I get tired very quickly if there are days when I do not want to see the same faces and want to run from that place, I do not speak to and not because I have to.
I'm tired of resignation that dominates the head of every person who wants to educate me, I'm tired of being treated as if he needed me to protect me. As far as younger

Yesterday I got home and my last memory was chopped to the ground, can only think that it should not try to remember.
I've been hearing a lot of jazz, maybe that also depresses me oh yeah and Mr ZOMBIES, whom I love .. with good reason.
Recently a school girl hurt me without realizing it. My uncle
conned. My father
swindled me and gave me a cross, comfort. Interestingly
now, I have no problems with my mother.
saw my old friends and I realized I still live in the past.

I think I get tired of racing people to do things, if it is well known to all that I have no authority or ability to move the people, but I care about is their own motivation.
not pretend to be the conscience of anyone or anything, each person builds his future and begins to believe in what he does by itself.
Thought I could help out my talented friends along to give them space for their creativity flow, were eager to publish and I gave them a space, wanted freedom for publication and gave them to me, take care of every detail, give my life that "someone" direct and open ways for the magazine in which one day all we thought, but no, I will continue taking care of their jobs if they do not appreciate.
recently occurred to me something that changed my way of Persian on some people, always gsutado me feel useful, but do the work of uan magazine was just hard for me, I discovered that I am the only person who cares about Okashii and while others focus on their lives, the only one who believes that something could logara this magazine with me.
And for lack of interest, lack of freedom or perhaps motivation, the draft okashii no "Pifo" Elijah said to be tired of my whining and stuff like that and it never had support team I have ever called.
And so I decided not to continue looking for others, if I can publish one, I think that anyone can and I'm going to do .. get rid of everything that serves em and do things on my own.

I still have DS, making him and making course adjustments KImimo pro ... smackjeeeves my sleeve ... which already has 24 pages ... haha ... almost .... and I was watching the "storyboard" and I shall have like 40 pp ek first cáìtulo ... OMG ... well ... I have the bullets ... just need the eggs of pantallla ...
and taking this home, I began to ink with plumillla, ah my old friend ... I missed you and I both oxide ek em no hope XD

Anyway, I really enjoyed auque not buy anything, I was on my blanket of Sasuke and not brought it! Now I wait for the mole .. that was promised.
and planning for return to be cosplay and indie designer> D, because h many, and as foreign strategic agh drawing Ai! T__________T .. again because it TRADA Okashii much, and do not tell me when! .. is very ugly to be professional .. because the publication of your internet job depends on other people ... I therefore believe that return with manga shonen ai o yaoi y vovere a hacer una revista de eso! o saben que doujin! agh no se aún puedo pensarlo..

Tomorrow I hope you'll take a amanesca siamanece pococ well or well without so many problems as it goes to respircion ahead but I'll leave it to rest.
